Be sure you have the correct username/email. Check all emails you might have signed up with. If your account still does not work. RESET your password with the link on the login page. 

If you have a paid subscription you have access to multiple pitchers and drills. If you don’t see enhanced access, be sure you are logged in with an account that has a paid subscription. You may need to refresh your web browser or reinstall the mobile app.  

There is no difference between your mobile or web apps. You use the same account to sign into both.  

You can cancel and turn off recurring billing at any time.

Cancel the subscription immediately by clicking “cancel subscription” and clicking “confirm cancel”.

Turn off “recurring billing” by unchecking the box.

Click on “done” in the top right or bottom
